I was wonderig if there is a way of making planes have the same glowing green look like the Avenger at

I think i might be able to do it by copying the texture file and puting it in the other plane's folder, but, im not sure.

I recently installed FSX on a new computer and have been installing aircraft which I've previously added.

This question involves the Fokker Eindecker E.III (mh_e3_419.zip) which is for FS9 but flies, and looks well in FSX. The file is readily available on different sites.

The installation goes well except when I try to unzip the gauges. I open the "Gauges" folder with Windows XP and see the file "20iesgau.zip"; double-clicking would normally show a list of the compressed files but in this case shows nothing. The file properties says it is over 800MB. Attempts to Extract the invisible files result in receiving a message that Windows views this as a security threat and following the instructions as to how to open it anyway are fruitless.

I don't have Winzip so I put the file on a USB key, and opened it without problems on a Linux computer and then installed the Gauges in FSX with no apparent problems.

Has anyone experienced this or a similar problem and if so how was it solved and what's going on?
