ILS tutorial video FSX 737-800
In this video, you'll learn how to do an ILS approach. The default Boeing 737-800 in FSX has been used to make this video. For better quality, download the video instead of streaming it. When things are going too fast, you can always pause or rewind the video.

Crosswind landing tutorial video (jets)
This video shows you how to approach and land in crosswind conditions. First with 90 degree crosswind at 32 knots, gusting to 36 knots with the default Boeing 737-800 in FSX. Then in FS2004 with the Project Opensky Boeing 777-200 in severe crosswind conditons: 90 degree crosswind at 40 knots, gusting to 45 knots. The method used to deal with crosswind is the crab method. Crosswind landing tutorial video (GA)
This video shows you how to approach and land in crosswind conditions. For this video, the default Cessna C172 was used. The first part of the video shows you how to approach and land by using the sideslip method. After that, the same approach and landing is done for a second time, but by using the crab method. Note that the sideslip method is for light general aviation aircraft. The crab method can be used by larger aircraft as well. For that, see the other crosswind tutorial video.

Flightplan and GPS tutorial video (FS2004)
This video shows how to fly a STAR (Standard Terminal Arrival Route) by using the Garmin GPS 500. Major airports have one or more of these STARs. You can find the charts of these instrument procedures on https://www.airnav.com. Note that AirNav.com doesn't have charts for airports outside the USA. For this tutorial, we will use the TEDDY THREE arrival of Theodore Francis Green State Airport (KPVD) at Providence, Rhode Island, USA.
